Lohan has told friends she’s terrified at the prospect of imprisonment. And she hinted at her jitters in one of her final Twitter messages, which read: “The only ‘bookings’ I’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that I’d be ‘booking’ into Jail… eeeks.”

Her party lifestyle is a world away from conditions at Century Regional Detention Facility 40 minutes south of Los Angeles, which houses 2,200 female inmates and where her new home will be a 12ft x 8ft cell.
On her arrival she was fingerprinted, photographed and medically examined. The star had to surrender her clothes, jewellery and mobile phone.
In return she was issued an orange prison jumpsuit, an ID wristband and a basic supply of toiletries.
Inmate Tamara Haley, 38, warned the Mean Girls star was in for a rough ride from some even meaner girls.
Tamara, behind bars for heroin possession and prostitution, said: “Everyone will want a piece of her.
