Smith’s Estate Plans Legal Action Over Escort Pictures

The executors of ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s estate have called in lawyers following allegations an escort service in Las Vegas has been handing out flyers branded with the late star’s image. The legal team in charge of Smith’s affairs are fuming after they discovered a Nevada-based company has been allegedly using a topless picture of the star – who died of an accidental overdose in 2007 – to advertise their services.
